During my stay, I found the hotel set in a stunning rainforest location that truly captured the beauty of nature. However, the overall experience fell short due to persistent issues with dampness and mould in the room. The staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs, but the dining options were quite poor, especially breakfast. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't consider returning.

This resort has a lovely atmosphere, tucked away in a quiet area with beautiful natural surroundings. The villa we stayed in was exceptional with a private pool, but there were some challenges with standard room facilities that might concern older guests. The location nestled in the jungle was beautiful, but the cleanliness and dining experience were major letdowns.
