During my stay, I found the hotel set in a stunning rainforest location that truly captured the beauty of nature. However, the overall experience fell short due to persistent issues with dampness and mould in the room. The staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs, but the dining options were quite poor, especially breakfast. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't consider returning.
This resort has a lovely atmosphere, tucked away in a quiet area with beautiful natural surroundings. The villa we stayed in was exceptional with a private pool, but there were some challenges with standard room facilities that might concern older guests. Although the breakfast options could use some improvement, the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
I just returned from an incredible stay that perfectly blended tranquility and luxury. The hotel boasts a breathtaking location amidst lush rainforest, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Although the dining experiences had some inconsistencies, the overall ambiance was charming. A few aspects could use some attention, especially in terms of maintenance and service details.
I had high hopes for our stay in Ubud, but unfortunately, the hotel left much to be desired. The location nestled in the jungle was beautiful, but the cleanliness and dining experience were major letdowns. While the staff was friendly, their efforts couldn’t compensate for the state of the rooms and facilities. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
We recently hosted our wedding at this resort, and it was truly unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The villas were stunning and spacious, though we found the dining options could use some consistency. While everything was generally excellent, the location was a bit far from Ubud’s main attractions, making it a bit inconvenient for spontaneous outings.
